This is our top of the line full service package. It begins with a location scouting trip, and meeting to discuss all your wedding planning ideas. We orchestrate the complete creative vision including the design, hiring & management of all vendors, creation of timelines and layouts, negotiation of contracts, management of the budget, and overall direction of the entire planning process.

Package Includes:

• Unlimited phone calls & emails
• 5 planning meetings including two walk throughs
• Management of budget including budget spreadsheet
• Assistance in finding and contracting venue
• Hiring & management of all wedding vendors
• Complete wedding design - color scheme, décor, centerpieces, & rentals (furniture, chairs, linens, dance floor, tenting, etc.)
• Reception layout created alongside the rental team
• Vendor confirmation the month prior to your event 
• Create full event itinerary
• Rehearsal of ceremony at rehearsal dinner – processional & recessional

day of the wedding:

• Assist bridal party with final preparations
• Coordinate photos of wedding party and family
• Distribute personal flowers
• Check for all vendor deliveries
• Set up guest book/ program table
• Instruct ushers on seating plan
• Check proper set up for cocktail hour
• Coordinate and cue musicians
• Organize and cue processional
• Check proper set-up of reception with floor plan
• Arrange escort cards
• Set out guest favors
• Count table numbers and chairs
• Pay balances/gratuities to vendors
• Line up bridal party for entrance
• Cue bride, Groom, and MC for all protocol events
• Collect and pack up accessories and gifts
