CUSTOM COORDINATING & DESIGN

This is our mid-level service & design package. It begins with a location site walk thru and initial client meeting. We then orchestrate the creative vision including the design, hiring & management of all vendors, creation of timelines and layouts, and overall direction of the planning process.

Package Includes:

• Initial client meeting four/six months before event
• Walk through at the venue and go over first consultation questions with client
• Orchestrate the creative vision including the design, hiring & management of all vendors
• Create Itinerary
• Rehearsal of ceremony at rehearsal dinner – processional & recessional 

Day of Wedding:

• Assist bridal party with final preparations
• Coordinate photos of wedding party and family
• Distribute personal flowers
• Check for all vendor deliveries
• Set up guest book/ program table
• Instruct ushers on seating plan
• Check proper set up for cocktail hour
• Coordinate and cue musicians
• Organize and cue processional
• Check proper set-up of reception with floor plan
• Arrange escort cards
• Set out guest favors
• Count table numbers and chairs
• Pay balances/gratuities to vendors
• Line up bridal party for entrance
• Cue bride, Groom, and MC for all protocol events
• Collect and pack up accessories and gifts
